Jurisdiction of Debt Recovery Tribunal
: (1) Debt Recovery Tribunal shall have the authority to initiate and dispose of cases related to debt recovery of cooperatives.
(2) The jurisdiction of the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall be exercised by the members of the Tribunal as a group and if there is no consensus, the decision of the majority shall be valid. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), the case can be processed and disposed of in the presence of two persons including the chairman.
